Do you offer in-home consultations?

Yes, we offer in-home consultations for clients local to our Derbyshire showroom. We’ll visit your space, discuss your vision, and take measurements to create a tailored design plan. If you're further afield, we also offer virtual restyling services.

 

Can I buy your products online?
Yes! Many of our soft furnishings and home accessories—like our signature cushions, door stoppers, and draught excluders—can be purchased directly from our online shop.

 

Are your products handmade?
Absolutely. All of our cushions, blinds, curtains, and soft furnishings are handcrafted using high-quality fabrics in timeless patterns and colourways.

 

Can I customise the size or fabric of an item?
Yes, most of our soft furnishings can be made to order. Whether you're looking for a particular fabric, size, or finish, get in touch or visit our showroom to discuss your options.

How does your room restyling service work?
After an initial consultation—either in-person or online—we’ll design a visual layout of your space, complete with furniture, colour palettes, and décor suggestions. You’ll receive a full design board with links to purchase recommended products, making it easy to bring your new space to life.


Do you offer fitting or installation?
Yes, we offer professional fitting services for curtains and blinds. We’ll discuss your needs during the consultation stage.

 

What’s your returns policy?
We accept returns on non-custom products within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-measure or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.


Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available and can be used both online and in-store.
