TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order with Lynne Kelly Interiors, either through our website, in person at our showroom, or over the phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Products & Services

We offer a range of interior products, including cushions, curtains, blinds, draught excluders, door stoppers, wallpaper, and other soft furnishings. In addition, we provide styling services, including room redesign visuals, fabric consultations, and in-person or virtual design sessions.

All products are sold subject to availability. Descriptions, measurements, and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to natural materials or screen display differences.

Fabric Information

Please note that natural fabrics, such as linens and silks, may feature slubs, slight irregularities, or texture variations. These are characteristics of the fabric and not considered faults.
 

We cannot accept returns based on natural variations, slight colour shifts, or batch-to-batch differences. If you require an exact colour match, we recommend requesting a fabric swatch before placing your order.
 

All fabrics should be dry cleaned unless otherwise stated. Shrinkage of up to 5–6% is considered normal for most natural textiles and is not deemed a fault.
 

Made to Measure & Bespoke Orders

All made-to-measure products, including curtains, blinds, and bespoke furnishings, are made specifically to your requested measurements and fabric choices. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any measurements provided are correct. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
 

Styling Services

Our design service offers a visual re-style of your space, which may include furniture, paint, wallpaper, and décor suggestions. Product links are provided to help you purchase the recommended items independently.

Designs are visual guides only and are not structural or architectural plans. Final purchasing decisions are the responsibility of the client. Styling services are non-refundable once the design work has commenced.
 

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Prices at the time of ordering are final, including during promotional periods.

Online orders must be paid in full at checkout. For showroom orders, a deposit may be required for bespoke or made-to-order items, with the balance due prior to dispatch or collection.
 

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our separate Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.
 

Delivery

Delivery timeframes will vary depending on the product type. Made-to-measure and bespoke items may have longer lead times, which will be communicated at the point of order. Delays due to third-party couriers are outside of our control.
 

Damage or Faults

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Do not cut or alter the item before reporting a fault, as we cannot accept claims after modification. Original packaging must be retained for any return or inspection.


Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Lynne Kelly Interiors until paid for in full.
