Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Bespoke or made-to-measure items may take longer and lead times will be discussed at the time of order.
Returns
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Bespoke or made-to-measure items are non-refundable unless faulty. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Payments
We accept all major debit/credit cards. Payments for custom or made-to-order pieces must be made in full before production begins.
In-Store Purchases
Goods purchased in our Derbyshire showroom must be paid in full at the time of order, or with a deposit where discussed. Fitting services, where required, must be paid prior to installation.
Privacy
