SHIPPING AND RETURNS

At Lynne Kelly Interiors, we take pride in delivering beautiful, high-quality products to your home. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how returns are handled.
 

Shipping Information


 

Delivery Areas:
We currently ship across the UK. For international delivery enquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order.


Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Some heavier or larger items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

 

Dispatch Times:

  • In-stock items: usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

  • Made-to-measure products (e.g. curtains, blinds, bespoke items): lead times vary depending on production and fabric availability. You will be given an estimated dispatch date at the time of order.

  • Styling service packages: delivered digitally once work begins — estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated via email.

 

Shipping Method:
We use trusted courier services for all deliveries. Smaller orders may be sent via Royal Mail; larger parcels may be sent via tracked courier. Orders over 4 metres or those containing velvets or PVC fabrics will be sent rolled to avoid creasing.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Made to Measure & Bespoke Items:
Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged. This includes all made-to-order curtains, blinds, and cushions made to your fabric and size specifications.

 

Fabric Orders:
Cut fabric is non-returnable unless faulty. Please order a sample if you are unsure before committing to a full order. Variations in colour and weave may occur between batches and are not classed as faults.

 

Homeware Products (e.g. cushions, door stoppers, accessories):
You may return non-bespoke items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Please email us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.

 

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at [Insert Email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly.

Important:

Please do not cut or alter the item before contacting us, as we cannot accept returns or process claims after modification.
