How it works

2. Shop your favourites — on eligible products you’ll earn 3% back in Coins.

3. Redeem at checkout — use any amount up to your balance; 1 Coin = £1 off.

Example

Spend £200 → earn 6 Coins (worth £6). Next time, apply those Coins at checkout.

Earning rules

• Earned on the order subtotal after discounts, before shipping/taxes.

• Coins are added to your balance when the order is fulfilled/marked complete.

• You still earn Coins when using your Birthday Club discount—on the amount you pay.
   

Redeeming rules

• Minimum redemption: 1 Coin (£1).

• Use any amount up to your available balance.

• Coins can be applied to eligible products at checkout (look for the Rewards widget).
   

Managing your Coins

• Check your balance anytime via the Rewards widget (bottom left corner) or My Account → Rewards.

• If you return items, Coins earned from that order are deducted; Coins you redeemed on that order are returned to your balance when the refund is processed.
