Melbourne Arts Festival 2025: A Weekend of Creativity & Community

What an incredible weekend we have just had at Lynne Kelly Interiors! The Melbourne Arts Festival 2025 has officially come to a close, and once again it proved why this is one of the most special events of the year for us and the village of Melbourne. The village was buzzing with colour, creativity, kindness, and community spirit. We loved every second of it. As we all know, you can never quite bank on the British weather — but overall, it held out for us. Saturday brought a bit of everything, while Sunday treated us to sunshine, blue skies, and the most beautiful autumn day. It was the perfect backdrop for visitors to wander through the village, take in the festival atmosphere, and enjoy browsing all the wonderful work on display.

Our Showroom on the Art & Architecture Trail

This year we were proud to open our doors for the second time, as part of the famous Art & Architecture Trail, hosting five talented local artists whose work transformed our showroom into a space full of inspiration.

From intricate jewellery to beautiful paintings, each artist brought their own unique style, and it was such a joy to see visitors connecting with their work. Thank you to everyone who popped in, admired the displays, and supported local creativity.

A Buzzing Festival Atmosphere

Across the weekend, Melbourne was alive with visitors exploring open gardens and homes, artists work, food and live music. We loved chatting with so many of you about your favourite artists, festival highlights, and of course — your own home styling ideas.

The festival isn’t just about art, it’s about bringing people together and for us, being able to welcome new and familiar faces into our showroom, is what truly makes it all so worthwhile.

Thank You to Our Visitors

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our showroom during the weekend. Whether you came for the art, took advantage of our fabric offers, or simply popped in for a chat — we’re so grateful for your support.

Thank You to Our Super Talented Artists

We want to say a huge thank you to the incredible artists who joined us in our showroom for this year’s Melbourne Arts Festival. It was such a pleasure to host them and showcase their beautiful work throughout the weekend.

Their creativity and talent brought a whole new energy into our space, and we feel so lucky to have had them with us. Each one was not only wonderfully talented but also a joy to work with.
